Outbound transfer is the one most often left switched off. Without it we can take money and never send it — rider settlement, supplier payment and refunds to a customer wallet all depend on it.
Account structure
One merchant account, one identifier per outlet.
We operate more than one outlet and expect to open further ones. We need the account provisioned to carry multiple storeIds (WaafiPay) and multiple agent codes (eDahab) under a single merchant relationship, with a documented process for adding one later without a new contract.
